- How do I place an order?
You can place your order online or on emails or whatsapp.
- How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via our secure OZOW payment portal or you are welcome to make an offline EFT payment, or direct deposit. Please note a R40 surcharge when making a direct deposit at the bank.
- How long will it take to get my order?
Normal orders takes around 5-10 working days to manufacture and delivery 1-3 working days.
Large orders takes 14+ working days to manufacture depending on the quantities. Delivery 1-3 working days.
- Can I collect my order?
You may collect your order on arrangement only. Please choose the collection option at checkout.
- Can I send my own courier to collect my order?
Yes you may. Supply us with the courier name as well as the PDF waybill to print and we will prepare your parcel once ready. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
- Do you keep stock?
We do have certain baby onesies in stock. Let us know what you need, and we’ll check stock.
- I need my order urgently, what do I do?
Let us know which items you need via email or whatsapp. Depending on fabric availability on hand and our production schedule, we’ll see if we can assist. This is not always possible, but we do try and help out where we can.
- I don’t see the colour I need?
We have discontinued certain colours due to it being a slow colour or shortage of fabric.
If you need a certain colour, email or whatsapp us with the colour, we’ll let you know if it’s possible or not. This however might be a special order and might take a tad longer.
- Do you offer discount on large orders?
Yes we do offer discount on certain items and qty’s. To place an order for larger orders, please email or whatsapp us.
- I am unsure about the size?
Please click on each item to find size chart below. Bloomers, headbands & hand mittens has NO size chart.
- What fabric is used for the items?
We use 100% cotton for our items with melange colours being poly/cotton.
T-shirts is a 160g single jersey cotton.
